Are all of the styles that are available in store in Jenny’s available to buy online?

We have chosen a comprehensive selection to sell online. However our complete selection is available in store. 

How long does it take to get refunded?

As long as you follow our returns procedure, you should be refunded within 14 days of returning your item to us, however, the refund will generally processed a lot sooner. For more information on our returns policy please click here

What is Jenny's returns policy?

We want you to be delighted with everything you buy online, however if by chance you are not happy with your purchase and want to return or exchange something. To find out how to do this click here

Can I purchase a Jenny's gift card online?

Yes, you absolutely can! Our fabulous gift cards are uniquely packaged in our signature packaging and are the perfect gift idea no matter what the occasion. Gift cards can be used throughout any of our Jenny's stores in Ashbourne, Dunshaughlin and Malahide. Unfortunately gift cards cannot be used to make a purchase online.

Can I use a Jenny's gift card or credit note to make an online purchase?

No, unfortunately gift cards and credit notes may only be used in-store.

How do I resolve an issue with an online order?

Though it doesn't happen often, sometimes we can make a mistake. If there’s any problem with your order, or the goods you' have received, let us know straight away.

Email us at customerservice@jennys.ie and include your order number and the issue with the order. Please include your contact details, as sometimes it’s just easier to resolve the issue over the phone and have the chat!

Is there a deposit or hold system available in-store?

We are delighted to offer customers a ‘pay-in’ deposit system, which allows you to make regular payments on items you have placed on deposit. We require a payment of 30% of the total initially and then payments can be made for a period of time not exceeding 3 weeks.If you cannot find the answer to your question on this page, please don’t be shy and contact us at customerservice@jennys.ie

Can I order something online and collect it in store?

Yes, you sure can! Click & Collect is a service that allows you to buy online and collect purchases in store. There are no delivery charges and no waiting around at home for the postman. Plus, you’ll get to enjoy the Jenny's in store experience.
