Jenny’s Boutique is third generation family business.

Jenny's Boutique was established in 1975 by Dolores Walsh. Dolores grew up surrounded by fabrics and patterns and developed her love of fashion in her father Edmond Donnelly’s business formerly Hickeys & Co and now Home Focus at Hickeys. Fashion and business was in Dolores’ blood and it was inevitable that she would open her own business. In 1975 she turned the key in her first boutique in Ashbourne, naming the store after her only daughter.

Jenny’s destiny was always to join Dolores in the business, however when she finished school she joined one of Ireland’s leading fashion boutiques in Dublin, Billies on Exchequer Street. This experience gave Jenny amazing training that would stand to her for many years. In 1982 Jenny decided to join her Mum in the business at age 21.

Five years later when Dolores retired Jenny took the reign’s at Jenny’s boutique and for the following 25 years expanded the business. Jenny's Boutique now consists of four boutiques which include a stand alone shoe boutique and occasion-wear boutique in Malahide.
In 2013 Jenny was joined in the business by her own two daughters,  Louise and Grace. Louise spearheaded the opening of Marc Cain stores in Malahide. Grace has worked at developing our now very successful shoe boutique in Ashbourne.

Forty five years after Dolores turned the key in Jenny’s boutique, Jenny along with her wonderful staff and two daughters has established Jenny’s as a renowned destination for fashion, footwear and as Ireland’s leading stockists of women’s occasion-wear. However, more importantly, Jenny’s boutique has established itself as a business that primarily focuses on customer service, individual styling and looking after all of its wonderful, loyal customers who have made Jenny’s the success it is today.
