Returns Policy
Please note: We do not offer free returns.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
Returns Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned:
- Within 14 days of receiving your order
- In their original, saleable condition
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- With all original tags intact
Please take care when trying on items. Returns will not be accepted if items are marked with makeup, perfume, deodorant, or show any signs of wear.
Republic of Ireland – Easy Returns via An Post
Cost: €4.95 payable to An Post online
- Repackage your item(s)
- Include your original invoice, or a copy showing your order number and contact details.
- Visit the An Post Returns Portal here and follow the instructions.
- Print and attach the generated returns label to your parcel.
- If you do not have a printer you can generate the label on your phone and show this barcode at the Post Office and they will print your label for free.
- Drop your parcel to your local An Post office.
- Obtain tracking details for your parcel as we do not take responsibility for any parcels that do not reach us.
Please allow up to 10 days for your return to reach us and be processed.

- Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused.
