FREE & EASY RETURNS

We really want you to be happy with your order - so if you're not completely satisfied, you have 14 days to return items for a full refund.

We are delighted to offer FREE RETURNS within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Unfortunately we do not offer Free Returns on any sale items. Please follow the returns instruction below and at point of refund we will deduct €4.99.

Please note items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order and be in a saleable condition. This means returning the item to us in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, with garment tags and ‘do not remove tag’ still attached, if applicable.

Republic of Ireland - Free Returns

In Store Returns

Complete the ‘Delivery & Returns Note’ enclosed with your order and take to any Jenny’s Boutique with your documentation and we will process your return. Please bring along the credit card which was used to purchase the goods online. All online returns are processed from our online office. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.

 

An Post - Free

Directions:

  • Complete the ‘Delivery & Returns Note’ enclosed with your order indicating the reason for your return
  • Repackage the item(s) you wish to return in their original condition, in their undamaged packaging.
  • Ensure the Delivery & Returns Note note is included in the package.
  • Attach the pre-paid postage label to the outside of package.
  • Please ensure that the package is sealed and the label is attached properly.
  • Post the parcel at any Post Office. We advise that you obtain proof of postage. Please hold on to this proof of postage until you have received your refund.
  • You will receive a confirmation email from us upon receipt of your package and when your refund has been processed.
  • Refunds will only be paid back to the original payment method. It can take up to 10 working days from date of posting depending on your bank.

Northern Ireland - Free Returns

You will need access to a printer to complete this process.

Directions:

  • Complete the Delivery & Returns Note enclosed with your order indicating the reason for your return
  • Repackage the item(s) you wish to return in their original condition, in their undamaged packaging. Ensure the Delivery & Returns Note note is included in the package.
  • Log onto the following link:
  • Continue as Guest and at Step 1, select “jennys.ie" from the dropdown list of retailers. Your order number can be used for the Reference Number. Fill out the remaining steps with selecting Null for payment.
  • Select ‘Print Label’ and attach this label to the Returns package.
  • Drop off your returns package to your selected DPD pick up points which are located across Ireland.
  • On dropping off your parcel you will receive a receipt which will have your tracking number to keep track on the status of your return. When your return package has been received, your refund will be issued and funds should reach your bank within 5 working days.

International Returns - UK & Rest of the World
